The Application Process

Enrollment

Enrollment will begin on March 15, 2010 for the 2010-2011 school year.

Your application is complete when we receive all of the following items: 

  1. Enrollment Application
  2. Birth Certificate for K & 1st Grade Students
  3. A signed copy of the Performance Contract / Spanish Performance Contract
  4. A completed Resident Form / Spanish Resident Form (Required from each returning student and new students. Please submit the form between July 1st and August 1st).
  5. A current TRANSCRIPT (9-12) or most recent REPORT CARD (K-8) (from previous school)
  6. If a child has an IEP, ILP, or 504, we must have an up-to-date copy to consider the application complete. 

The following items are required for enrollment:

  1. Certificate of Immunization 
  2. Educational Resource Property Agreement  
  3. Computer Order Form
