“No Child Left Behind” Federal legislation and Colorado State legislation require that all school districts report various types of information to the Colorado Department of Education and make the information available to the public annually. The purpose of the annual report is to allow parents and other stakeholders involved with a school district, the opportunity to review data that various sources have collected for that school district during the previous school year. Both the information required by federal law and district accreditation information is now available on the Colorado Department of Education Web site.
