Secondary Curriculum

How it Works
  • If you are interested in becoming a part of the Branson Online school family, the first step is to fill out the application form.
  • Be sure that all past records, especially transcripts or past report cards are included.
  • Once we receive your application, you will be contacted for an in-person interview that we will conduct in your area.
  • Parents, prospective students, and the interview team will discuss how Branson would serve the student’s educational needs.
  • We will send a letter of acceptance to all families and the online teacher will soon after contact the student.

First Steps
  • Students begin the year by completing assessments in the areas of reading, writing, math, and other areas if possible.
  • We evaluate the 9-12 grade student's transcripts to determine their graduation path.
  • Students complete a pre-enrollment technology course to become familiar with how the program works.
  • We place the student into curriculum based on the results of the assessments and the records evaluations.
  • Our goal at Branson is to ensure student success through proper curriculum placement.
